Shandong Huashan Agriculture and Forestry Technology Co., Ltd. actively participates in the rural revitalization and targeted poverty alleviation strategy. It invested 7.56 million yuan to build 800 acres of hazelnut poverty alleviation industrial park. Since 2017, it has turned in poverty alleviation funds of 211,000 yuan each year, and a total of 338 households in 81 villages have been filed. The income of the poverty alleviation project issued to poor households is 678,000 yuan. The hazelnut planting base employs more than 260 nearby villagers and poor households to manage the park all the year round, driving more than 3,000 farmers in the surrounding area to get rid of poverty by planting hazelnuts, and 27 provincially designated poor households to get rid of poverty.
