His name is Wei Benxin. He is 66 years old. In 2013, Wei Benxin, who has retired from the position of chairman of the company, could have enjoyed a happy life. However, every time he went back to his hometown, looking at the barren mountains in the village and the poor villagers, he decided to go back to his hometown to grow hazelnuts and lead the villagers to get rich together.

Wei Benxin adapted measures to local conditions and began to develop hazelnut industry.
